A confidential property management company is seeking a full-time Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee multiple residential communities in King County, WA. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills.


Job Type & Location

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: King County, WA (On-site)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • On-Call: Required (after-hours/emergency rotation)

Compensation

  • Pay: $35 – $37 per hour
  • Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Position Summary

The Multi-Site Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of multiple apartment communities, including leasing, financial management, resident relations, and team leadership. This role ensures properties operate efficiently while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple communities
  • Lead and supervise leasing and maintenance teams
  • Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and retention
  • Manage resident relations and resolve issues professionally
  • Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and lease compliance
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance
  • Approve invoices and manage vendor contracts
  • Coordinate with maintenance for unit turns and upkeep
  • Conduct property inspections for quality and safety
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations
  • Maintain reports and records using property management software
  • Build relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • Experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Manager (required)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Knowledge of Washington landlord-tenant laws
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
  • Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk, stand, and inspect properties regularly
  • Frequent computer and phone use
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Indoor and outdoor work as needed
