A confidential property management company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for residential communities in King County, WA. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can lead maintenance operations, supervise a team, and ensure high-quality property standards.

Job Type & Location

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: King County, WA (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• On-Call: Required (after-hours emergency rotation)

Compensation

• Pay: $28 – $32 per hour

Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, managing team members, coordinating with property management, and ensuring units are rent-ready. This role combines leadership with hands-on technical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and team performance
• Perform and supervise repairs, work orders, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready quickly and efficiently
• Conduct inspections of units, buildings, and common areas
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Manage tools, inventory, and maintenance supplies
• Supervise vendors and ensure quality work
• Maintain cleanliness of property grounds and shared areas
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues (on-call)
• Communicate professionally with residents and staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property maintenance experience
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
• Multi-family experience preferred
• Leadership and team management ability
• Must have own basic tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to handle emergency calls

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Capable of standing, bending, and climbing stairs
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
