The Olympic Legacy
Olympic Multi-Family Management was founded on a simple principle: manage every property as if you own it. What started as a family business with a handful of properties has grown into one of Washington State’s most trusted multi-family management companies.
For over 30 years, the Griffin family has led Olympic through three generations of hands-on leadership. Our founders understood that property management isn’t just about collecting rent and fixing leaks—it’s about creating thriving communities where residents want to live and owners can trust their investment.
Today, Olympic manages 7,000+ units across the Puget Sound region with a team of 200+ professionals. But we’ve never lost sight of what made us successful: accountability, integrity, and deep community roots.
