Olympic Multi-Family MGMT is seeking a full-time Community Manager for residential communities in King County, WA. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can lead operations, manage teams, and ensure strong financial and occupancy performance.


Job Type & Location

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: King County, WA (On-site)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • On-Call: Required (after-hours emergency rotation)

Compensation

  • Pay: $28 – $30 per hour

Position Summary

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of a multi-family apartment community, including leasing, resident relations, financial management, and team leadership. This role ensures the property operates efficiently while maintaining high resident satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the apartment community
  • Lead and supervise leasing and maintenance staff
  • Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and retention
  • Manage resident relations and resolve concerns professionally
  • Oversee rent collections, delinquencies, and lease enforcement
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance
  • Review and approve invoices and vendor contracts
  • Coordinate with maintenance for unit turns and upkeep
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure quality and safety
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records using property management software
  • Build relationships with vendors and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of property management experience
  • Experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in property management software
  • Knowledge of Washington housing laws
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
  • Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the property
  • Frequent computer and phone use
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to perform indoor and outdoor inspections
