Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM + after-hours on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the apartment community under the Community Manager
- Assist prospective residents: show apartments, answer questions, and process applications
- Prepare and execute leases, accept and record resident payments
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and condition reports
- Answer phone calls and respond to resident inquiries
- Support marketing, leasing initiatives, and general administrative duties
- Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and unit conditions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
- Maintain professional appearance and office cleanliness
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Community or Property Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or resident-facing roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; ability to learn property management software
- Valid Washington State driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends
Physical Requirements
- Sit, stand, walk, and tour the community for extended periods
- Frequent computer, phone, and in-person interaction
- Conduct apartment tours indoors and outdoors
