Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM + after-hours on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the apartment community under the Community Manager
  • Assist prospective residents: show apartments, answer questions, and process applications
  • Prepare and execute leases, accept and record resident payments
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and condition reports
  • Answer phone calls and respond to resident inquiries
  • Support marketing, leasing initiatives, and general administrative duties
  • Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and unit conditions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
  • Maintain professional appearance and office cleanliness
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Community or Property Manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or resident-facing roles
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; ability to learn property management software
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends

Physical Requirements

  • Sit, stand, walk, and tour the community for extended periods
  • Frequent computer, phone, and in-person interaction
  • Conduct apartment tours indoors and outdoors
