Pay: $26–$28/hour | Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM + after-hours on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Manager with daily apartment community operations
- Greet and assist prospective residents; show apartments and amenities
- Process applications, prepare leases, and ensure proper execution
- Accept and record resident payments
- Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and condition reports
- Answer phone calls and respond to resident/prospect inquiries
- Support marketing efforts and leasing initiatives
- Maintain office and common areas clean and professional
- Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Community or Property Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or resident-facing experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software
- Valid Washington State driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
- Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends
Physical Requirements
- Sit, stand, walk, and tour the community for extended periods
- Frequent computer, phone, and in-person interaction
- Conduct apartment tours indoors and outdoors
