Key Responsibilities
- General property and grounds upkeep
- Complete resident work orders in a timely manner
- Prepare vacant units to rent-ready condition
- Coordinate appointments with vendors
- Perform high-quality repairs with minimal supervision
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years general maintenance experience in property management or hospitality
- Proficiency in plumbing, heating, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, and painting
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of WA State Landlord/Tenant laws
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Independent work capability with sound judgment
- Valid WA State driver’s license, own transportation and tools
- Must pass full background check
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks and high-quality repairs
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
