Joseph is the Capital Oversight Officer of Olympic Multi-Family
Management. Joe is primarily responsible the review and completion of the various
ongoing capital projects. Prior to Olympic, he was the director of Affordable Housing
for the Pierce County Housing Authority. Joe joined Olympic Multi-Family
Management in 1996.
